CANCELING OR RESCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT

Please call (423) 826-8000. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

RENEWING A PRESCRIPTION

Please call your pharmacy directly for a medication refill. They will notify us if authorization is needed for a renewal. Allow 48 hours for your request to be processed.

LAB RESULTS

We will contact you with your lab results. If it has been over 10 days since your test and you have not heard anything, please call us at (423) 826-8000.

AFTER HOURS CONTACT

If you have an urgent matter after hours, please call (423) 826-8000 for our 24 hour answering service. The physician on call will be notified.
